About this policy
Last updated: October 2026.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our Form 5472 filing service, why we use it, and which cookies the site sets. It applies to visitors and clients from everywhere, including the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Who we are
The controller of your personal data is 5472FORYOU LLC, 5830 E 2ND ST, STE 7000 #37914, Casper, WY 82609, United States ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, or to use your rights, write to contact@5472foryou.com.
What data we process
Information you give us. When you contact us or use our filing service, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, mailing address, information about your US LLC and its owners, tax identification numbers where needed for the filing, and the documents and transaction details required to prepare Form 5472 and the related pro forma Form 1120.
Payments. If you pay for our service, the payment is handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, our server and hosting provider process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. If you accept analytics cookies, we also receive aggregated usage statistics from Google Analytics.
Why we use your data and on what basis
- To provide our service and answer your enquiries — because it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps you request before entering into one.
- To meet legal and tax obligations, including record keeping — because the law requires it.
- To keep the website secure and working — our legitimate interest.
- To measure how the website is used through Google Analytics — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies we use
- PHPSESSID — strictly necessary; keeps your session working (for example when you are signed in). It is deleted when you close the browser.
- cookie_consent — strictly necessary; remembers your cookie choice. Kept for 180 days.
- _ga and _ga_<ID> — Google Analytics; used to count visitors and understand which pages are useful. Kept for up to 2 years. Set only if you accept analytics cookies.
When you first visit the site you can accept or reject analytics cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; withdrawing also deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
Google Analytics and transfers outside your country
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. Until you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. We keep analytics data for 14 months.
We are based in the United States, so personal data you provide to us is processed there. Google may also process analytics data in the United States; Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where we transfer data of people in the EU or UK, we do so because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for, on the basis of your consent, or under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and the service (for example hosting, email, payment processing and analytics), with tax authorities where required to submit your filing, and with professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it. These providers may only use your data on our instructions or as their own legal role requires.
How long we keep data
- Client files and filing documents: for as long as needed to provide the service and then for up to seven years, to meet US tax and record-keeping requirements.
- Enquiries that do not lead to a service: up to 12 months.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
- Cookie choice: 180 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, write to contact@5472foryou.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
